Time management skills are very important essential skills for everybody. People who use their time effectively are the highest achievers in all walks of life, from school to sport to business to public service. For managing time one should make powerful, realistic and well balanced time management strategies and follow it regularly.

Strategies on using time

- Set priorities and manage your time to meet deadlines, don't postpone anything for next day.

- Set the targets for the day, week, month and try to achieve them

- Do not waste your time in taking decision, make smarter decisions faster to increase your efficiency.

- Keep your mind open for better option, which take lesser time for any process

- Team work saves time

- You can change your daily routine by adopting some smart move like check your mails in your free hours or less busy hours, planning can be done while travelling to office, make a key note for important works and set priority for them.

- Get over your weaknesses when putting your goals and plans in action.

- Use your free hours effectively; think of times when you can plan even better as when walking, driving the car, etc.

- Eliminate delegate or delay non-essential or less important tasks as part of prioritizing.

- Do your task right the first time and leave it at that. The more you hurry through things, the more there is a chance of mistakes and errors. Quality is vital so try to do it correctly at first and move onto the next task.

- Review weekly - Saturday or Sunday night may be a superb time to review your calendar.

Following these strategies can help you become the next successful entrepreneur.
