Traits of a Good Leadership

Leadership Traits are distinguishing qualities or characteristics of an individual. There are so many personality traits, these traits will focus on you overall personality and character. Few of them are very important and crucial for a leader. These traits will display you as a leader.

Honesty, Forward-Looking, Competent, Inspiring, Intelligent and knowledgeable, Courageous, Imaginative, Integrity, Confident, Decisiveness, Justice, Endurance, Tact, Initiative, Coolness, Maturity, Improvement, Will, Assertiveness, Candor, Sense of humor, Commitment, Creativity, Self-discipline, Humility, Flexibility and Empathy.

All traits are important but honesty, integrity, competency, courage, imagination and straightforward play a major and important role.

Honesty - People want to follow an honest leader. This trait display sincerity, integrity, and openness in all your actions. Illusory behavior will not inspire belief.

Integrity- Integrity is a very powerful leadership trait in a person. This trait helps in connecting people to each other and creates harmony.

Competency - Base your actions on reason and ethical principles. Do not make decisions based on innocent emotional desires or mind-set.

Courage - Have the firmness to accomplish the targets, in spite of of the seemingly undefeatable obstacles. Display a positive approach, calmness when under stress.

Imagination - Make timely and suitable changes in your thoughts, plans, and methods. Show creativity by thinking of new and better targets, ideas, and solutions to problems. Always do some innovative works to create better profitability of the organization.

Straightforward - Use sound decision very quickly to make good decisions at the right time without wasting the time.
