Feng Shui for good health is not something new or unusual. There are different ways in which feng shui can be beneficial to your health. The main idea behind feng shui for good health is to improve how the Chi energy flows through the rooms we inhabit, and by achieving that, we become more energetic, happier, healthier, with better relationships and even richer.

According to feng shui masters, Chi is a special energy which connects everything in the universe. But the wrong arrangement of items and furniture in a given room can block the flow of chi, and this has a lot of negative effects. To achieve the benefits of this chinese art of design and placement, you need to clear its pathway and make sure it can flow freely through your room, and there are certain rules and principles you must follow to get that result.

Get More Energy from Feng Shui

To make yourself a more active and energetic person, feng shui suggest adding mirrors to your home. The mirrors activate your body and get you moving. To confirm that, just consider how your local gym would look like if there weren't any mirrors in it - just a sweaty, bad-smelling place equipped with tons of metal. Also, have in mind that red is a really activating color, so placing it in rooms where you want more energy is a good idea.

Appreciate Food

They say that food must be appreciated and we should never take things for granted, especially eating. Make your meals more like a ritual; you should even pray before you eat. Most people live so fast that they just finish eating in five minutes, because they think they have something more important to do, so the food is just something that passes through them, and are not really thinking about it. Before we eat, we should create a positive vibe, either through music (soft and slow music) or by saying a prayer. This is one of the essential aspects of Feng Shui for good health and it will make you more appreciative of the food so you will eat less and still get more from it.

Have Fresh Air in Your Room

Everyone has heard that rule before and it's easier said than done, because although we all know it, we tend to forget about it. Good quality air in the room is the number one feng shui rule, and the effects are obvious - we breathe in more oxygen and less carbon dioxide which is known to make us fall asleep easily and it's bad for the body. There are also feng shui purifying plants that you should get more informed on. So follow this rule of Feng Shui for good health and open the window as often as you can and make sure the air in your room is always fresh.

Get Enough Natural Light

Natural light is way better than the light we get from various artificial sources like lamps. But this also includes smart indoor lighting. What you should do is open the blinds during the day so that you can receive a certain amount of natural light which is beneficial to all of us. Another principal of Feng Shui for good health is to never mix natural with artificial lighting, because it damages the eyesight.
